Satisfaction & Refund Policy
Your satisfaction is important. Communication and collaboration is the best way to ensure a positive experience. We encourage you to share pictures with us that illustrate the “look / style” you’d like to see on your pet. Our groomers keep notes on file after each visit for future reference.
Grooming charges are non-refundable and we deem payment at the time of check-out as evidence of your satisfaction with our work. However, like a human hair salon, we’ll gladly make “touch-ups” if you’re unhappy.
We ask that you call the within 24 hours of the initial grooming session to let us know you’re unhappy and bring your pet back to the salon within 2 – 3 days of the visit for the groomer to make the “touch-ups”. Unfortunately, we cannot be held responsible outside of this time frame or if you try to remedy the situation yourself.
Touch-ups are “tweaks” or “minor scissoring”. Touch-ups are not that you’ve decided you want a 1⁄2 inch rather than a 1 inch that you originally specified. Touch-ups do not typically include re-bathing.
